Job Overview As our Partner Program Manager, you will work with the VP of Business Development to define and realize the vision for Locusview's partner program. Locusview's partners serve as an extension of our marketing, sales, operations, and product teams driving mutual value and growth. As Locusview grows, we will need to define a world-class partner program and recruit the organizations that best fit our philosophy, culture, and mindset. The Partner Program Manager will get the chance to work cross-functionally with a talented group of product managers, sales directors, marketing experts, and project leaders to understand their partner needs and provide partner-based solutions. Together, you will help optimize partnerships to provide maximum value for both Locusview and its partners. What You'll Do Develop and execute a partner program strategy and structure to achieve business goals Nurture relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers within existing partner organizations Build relationships with new potential partners in the hardware, software, technology, services, and consulting segments. Manage the continuous training, enablement, certification, and evaluation of partners Develop agreements with partners outlining legal, commercial, and other requirements as needed Attend industry events and conferences as applicable to support the partner program Bring your analytical A-game. Develop business models and analyses to understand trends, provide meaningful insights, and track the impact of initiatives against our goals Partner with cross-functional teams. Be the voice of the partner and effectively navigate internal processes with partners from various teams such as Product, Marketing, Operations, Legal, Finance, etc. Expand product adoption. Clearly communicate the value of our newest products to our partners with a lens of creativity to differentiate our offerings Drive initiatives. You will support key initiatives across our team to drive growth for our utility partners at scale. This involves wearing many hats and jumping in to help your teammates when the needs arise Employ critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills to navigate relationships and difficult partner conversations REQUIREMENTS Required Qualifications 5
years experience in customer success, sales, business development, or account/partner management Dynamic, self-motivated, creative thinker with an appreciation of corporate goals Articulate, confident, self-aware, and personable character Excellent written and verbal communication skills Bachelor's Degree in Business or another related field Willingness for travel (up to 50%) Preferred Qualifications College

Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
Minimum Qualification
Business DevelopmentEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
