years of prior experience in desktop support Managing a technical support team Expert knowledge of Windows Operating Systems and productivity software (MS Office365) Administration of Active Directory and group policies, Office 365, Cisco Networking, VMware vSphere Self-motivated with a knack for new technologies, possess analytical and troubleshooting skills, and thrive in high-pressure dynamic environments VMware/virtualization, thin clients, and physical workstations
Qualifications:
SCI and SAP network support CISSP certification.
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
